ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS
The Abington Y is pleased to offer a variety of programs to reflect the interest of those age 55 and older
BRING A FRIEND DAYS
The second Monday of most months will be very special for active older adults! On “Bring a Friend Days”, you are invited to bring one of your friends who is not a Y member to try the Y and we will waive the guest fee for that day. You will both be treated to a light lunch between the hours of 11 AM and 1 PM after your favorite class or workout (with your friend, of course)
Bring a Friend Days are: Mondays, January 7, February 11 and March 10
Don’t know a Y member? We would still love to have you. Contact Bruce at (215) 884-9622 x1848
