Stretch Nā Go
This 60 minute class begins with 25 minutes of stretching and breathing in the luxury of the pool. Then its time to Go ā 30 minutes of high energy water aerobics. Followed by a 10 minute cool down. Come for the whole 65 minutes or come for either or.
