Fee schedule
1 session $50 per visit
5 sessions $45 per visit
10 sessions $43 per visit
Teens (13-17 years) $30 per visit

Main Line YMCA Fitness Classes
ALL Fitness Classes are FREE to Full Privilege teen and adult members. The great thing about the fitness classes offered at the YMCA are that they are designed to serve everyone at every level of conditioning. Click here for a full gym schedule.
Basic Fitness
Treat your body to 30 minutes of movement to a musical background, combined with 15 minute of work with light weights. Beginners welcome!
Hi/Lo Interval
This 50 minute class is fast-paced and challenging, its segments of traditional floor aerobics combined with mat and weight work.
Cardio-Strength
This 50 minute class is a combo of aerobic conditioning with step and /or hi /lo, plus segments of floor work weights too.
Abs and Arms
This 30 minute non- Aerobic sculpt class usies free weights, body bars and more; focuses on upper body and abdominals.
Total Body
This 45 minute class uses resistance training for the entire body using weights, body bar, resistance bands, and balance balls.
Extended Total Body
Try more of the Total Body that you love; challenge yourself for 50 minutes.
Core Strength
This 30 minute class ends your day with a blast to your Core! Give it your all and develop increased tone, stregth, and balance.
Step Interval
This 50 minute class alternates between increasing your cardiovascular endurance with Step work and then challenging your muscles with total body strength exercises.
Step
This 50 minute class burns calories while using the Reebok step with fun and challenging choreography; mat and weight work included.
Spinning
This is a 45 minute intense, challenging, motivating, strengthening group cycling class.
Teen Spinning
A fun class for everyone from beginner to advanced athlete - while you are riding, enjoy good music and a unique atmosphere. the instructor is always more than willing to answer any and all questions.
Spin & Core
After a 45 minute Spin class, spend ten minutes tightening up your core muscles with floror exercises.
Boot Camp
This is a challenging, 50 minute class that focuses on cardio/muscular strengh. This class is light on choreography and heavy on sweat.
Dance Aerobics
This 50 minute fitness class offers hard work disguised by the fun of dance plus strengthening and stretching for "problem areas".
Iron Man
If you are looking to start your weekend off on the right foot try our Iron Man Fitness Class. This class offers 45 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of abs, arms, and hips.
Latin Fusion
Come one come all and learn latin movement (salsa, merengue, bachata) in this 50 minute class followed by 10 minutes of stretching.
Pilates
This 50 minute class will strengthen your core using Pilates mat work technique to improve alignment and posture.
I-Liq Chuan: Tai Chi & Zen
I-liq Chuan is a martial art which combines Tai Chi and Zen Principles. Solo and partner exercises develop mindfulness, body awareness, and an understanding of relaxed, natural body mechanics.
Yoga Chandra
This class is a gentle, unique blend of asana styles, static and flowing sequences, with emphasis placed on the breath. Each class offers different meditation experiences using guided visualizations. Students leave class with a sense of mental serenity and physical well-being, with modifications for the beginner, as well as the advanced. A great class for all.
Yoga Dina
Unite body and mind with several styles of yoga from the gentle to the vigorous 60- 90 minutes.
Yoga Lisa
Yoga Lisa is a combination of classic Hatha postures with some Viniyoga and Vinyasa flow techniques. Classes begin with Pranayama( breathing exercises), followed by a lengthy, gentle warm-up of twists, lateral bends, arm raises and head circles. The class ends with Sivasana ( relaxation pose) for about 5 minutes, followed by more deep breathing. While this class is not gentle, it is not too advanced for beginners.
Yoga Andrea
Yoga Andrea is a non-traditional yoga class grounded in yoga techniques, designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Anyone at any level can join this class and increase their overall fitness.
Yoga with Richard
Intermediate Yoga with Rich approaches the intensity of a Power Yoga class without the rapid pace. The goal of this class is to provide a thorough workout without neglecting the elements of equanimity and flexibility that are typically associated with yoga. Participants can expect to be challenged in a fun and supportive atmosphere.
Y.O.U. Yoga with Lisie
You Owe U the gift of becoming more open and flexible, through a gentle series of properly aligned yoga postures. Benefits include increased mobility in the joints and muscles, and an overall sense of mental clarity.
Yoga Ziba
Gentle hatha yoga that starts with pranayama (breathing techniques) working both with strength and flexibility asana's (poses) and ending with shavasana (relaxation ans posture).
Head to Toe
Head to Toe is an Artritis class taught on land. It improves joint flexibility with gentle toning and range of motion movements.
