YMCA full privilege membership means that when you join one YMCA in The Philadelphia and Vicinity Association - you join them all! If you live in one area and work in another, then this is the membership for you and your family! With a full membership you become a member of family of all 11 YMCA locations of the YMCA of Philadelphia and Vicinity and have access to all of their facilities. You'll discover the convenience of being able to work out or attend classes at any of the locations. There's no additional fee per visit. When you join the Rocky Run YMCA, you also join the following YMCAs:

*Bank Draft is a monthly membership fee automatically deducted from your personal checking account. Thirty days written notice discontinues the membership. There are no service charges. To participate in the Bank Draft, you must bring a check with you when joining. A $25.00 fee is charged for rejected bank drafts.
 


Membership Options for Seniors

There are a number of different membership options for senior citizens in the community.  Some medicare insurance companies will cover the cost of a YMCA membership for their participants, including Keystone65, Personal Choice65, and AETNA medicare.  Financial assistance is also available to those whose insurance plans do not include membership coverage.  More information regarding financial assistance can be found below.

Financial Assistance is available for local individuals and families who have a limited income, and are therefore unable to afford the full cost of membership.

Program Membership

An annual Youth Program Membership allows your child to take a class or participate in a program at the Rocky Run YMCA.  Access to the facility is limited to the programs that you are registered for.  The annual cost for a Youth Program Membership is $50.

Guest Policy

Guests may come to the YMCA during the following hours:

Monday through Thursday: 12pm to 5pm, 8pm to 10pm

Friday through Sunday: 12pm to close.

GUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED WITHOUT PHOTO IDENTIFICATION.

Guests are limited to 3 visits per calendar year.  A guest 17 or younger MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian while they are at the YMCA.

 

A.W.A.Y. (Always Welcome At YMCAs)

Members that are from over 50 miles away from their "Home YMCA" will be able to utilize the Rocky Run YMCA for free three times each month.  After those three visits, the visitor will be charged half the appropriate guest fee.

Members that are within 50 miles of their "Home YMCA" will be charged half the appropriate guest fee, with no restriction on the number of visits.

Garnet Valley Middle School Pool Membership

Memberships are also available for the Garnet Valley Middle School Pool.
