BodyPUMP is the original barbell class. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, BodyPUMP delivers real results…real fast. This athletic based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in your body. BodyPUMP strengthens tones and defines like nothing else.
Pilates- Pilates is about ease of movement and mental focus not about how much weight you can lift. You will be working from the inside out while utilizing deep abdominal engagement. Because Pilates activates deeper muscles you will see positive results, Basic and Intermediate classes offered.
Chandra’s Adult Yoga - This class appreciates the individual by offering modifications for the beginner as well as the more experienced student. It is a gentle, unique blend of asana styles, static and flowing sequencing, with emphasis placed on the breath. Each class offers different meditation experiences using mudras, affirmations, and guided visualizations. Students leave class with a sense of mental serenity and physical well-being. Come breath, move, and meditate your stress away.
Bonnie’s Adult Yoga – This class emphasizes slow and mindful movements to help quiet the mind and relax the body. The sequence includes conscious breath (pranyama) classical poses to stimulate and massage vital organs, a guided deep relaxation and meditation. A laughing meditation is done on occasion to help keep one's blood pressure in check!
Gentle Yoga – This traditional approach to Yoga combines ease of movement with relaxation techniques appropriate for those desiring a less intense class.

Tai Chi - Get your body, mind and spirit in balance. Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art with flowing, gentle movements which develop the body and mind by coordinating movements, breathing and concentration.
Life (Low Impact Fitness Experience) - Haven’t exercised in a while? This may be the class for you! Combining all the components for good health and fitness (cardio, strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility). Recommended for beginners and seniors.
Hi-Lo- This class combines low impact floor moves (with the option to make movements high impact) with 15 minutes of abs and stretching. It is suitable for all levels and is sure to get your heart rate going!
Trim & Sculpt - This 45-minute class starts with a warm-up, then covers the entire body, working all muscle groups with resistance training using weights and bands. This conditioning class ends with awesome abs and a final stretch. Remember that a well-toned body burns more calories at rest!
Stability Ball Class - Class will include quick strength-training intervals which will increase your heart-rate and burn calories. Come and experience a different way to work out and develop balance & coordination!
Stretch and Abs – A class that combines flexibility training with core training… come and focus on these two often neglected areas!
Kid’s Fitness – Bring your kids, age 5 years to 12 years for a great workout. They will be challenged and have a great time while working out. This class incorporates every area of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibility and core training.
Kickboxing – This is a cardio-based, high intensity class combining traditional martial arts with aerobic conditioning.
