Adult Swim Instructions
Designed for the participant 13 years and older, this class focuses on water acclimation, stroke development, efficiency and fitness orientation. Classes are formed based on skill level and aquatic comfort.

Aquacise
Great way to enjoy the water while you build stamina, strength, and flexibility in a group environment.

Body Pump
Body pump is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It is a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes body pump a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45 minute to 1 hour workout! You will use a step platform, a bar, and a set of weights.

Cardio Boot Camp
Boot Camp will give your old workout routine the high intensity boost it has been looking for. With a combination of calisthenics, cardio, and strength, this class is a sure way to get the benefits of a personal trainer while building comradeship in a group environment

Yoga
This class challenges the body and mind through strenthgning, stretching, relaxing and breathing. Flexibility, strength and muscle tone will continually improv e as your mind, body and spirit work together in harmony.

Cardio Jump
Give your old workout routine the high intensity boost it has been looking for. With a combination of calisthenics, cardio, and strength, this class is sure way to get the benefits of a personal trainer.

Karate
Develop your mind, body, and spirit through discipline, flexibility, and breathing techniques. Builds self confidence, and teaches practical self defense methods.

Pilates
This exercise format focuses on core abdominal strength, body alignment, concentration, and yoga-like stretching. Pilates creates length in the muscles while building core strength and increasing flexibility.

Step Aerobics
BODYSTEP is an atheletic workout that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! Effective and easy to follow moves provide a high energy, atheletic cardio blast that is simple enough for men and women of all ages!

Total Body Conditioning
Done to lively music. This is co-ed program for intermdiate/advanced members of any age. Dance Aerobics is a vigorous enjoyable aerobic exercise program, including muscle toning for super overall workout!

Training (Personal)
If motivation seems to be inhibiting your success in personal fitness, let one of our personal trainers get you back on track. One hour sessions are available by appointment only.

Training (Group)
Our Personal Trainers will design an exercise program for you and a friend or family member so that you can reach your fitness goals together!

Totally ABS
A workout focusing on strengthening the abdominals and lower back. Core muscle training promotes proper posture and movement, aiding in the prevention of injury

Teen Wellness Orientation
All teens, ages 13 - 17, are permitted to use the Wellness Center after they have completed an orientation to the proper use of equipment, as well as guidelines for achieving goals with a YMCA Wellness Coach.
Tween Wellness Orientation
Tweens between the ages of 10 and 12 years of age are permitted to use the fitness center if they are a full privilege member, with their parent, and if they complete a youth orientation. Participants must wear a YMCA lanyard issued by the Wellness Coach or Wellness Director.
Personal Training
This program is done through a certified instructor. The training is specialized to the participant in a one-to-one setting. It maximizes your ability to reach your goals. Our fitness center is equipped with Professional grade weightlifting and fitness equipment. Fitness center equipped with air conditioning.
