Arthritic Swim Program
A modified aquatic exercise program for persons with mild to moderate arthritis. Must be sufficiently mobile to use some steps.
Aquacise
This high energy water exercise class uses water resistance for a low- impact complete body workout. (advanced)
Aquacise 101
This 60 minute class begins with 20 minutes of stretching and breathing in the luxury of the pool. Then its 20 minutes of low impact water aerobics. Followed by a 20 minute site specific cool down.

Water Pilates
A Pilates workout, done in the comfort of water, is an exciting way to improve posture, build a strong core, and develop strength and flexibility. An abs component and usages of noodles are integrated in the class. This is a beginner to moderate level class.
Water Walking and Jogging
Various patterns of walking and jogging in water provide a full body toning and resistance exercise program in a low impact environment.
Stretch N' Go
This class, designed for all levels, begins with basic stretches and moves into an aerobic workout. The goal is to increase heart rate through low impact exercises working on aerobic conditioning and core strengthening.
