AGE POLICY
Members under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older at all times while visiting the YMCA.

Participating children must complete a Fitness Center Orientation and be accompanied by a parent that is working out in the Fitness Center. Tweens, ages 10 - 12, may use the facility M - F 3 PM - 6 PM, and Sat. & Sun. 11 AM - 4 PM. Teens, ages 13 - 16, may use the Fitness Center unsupervised after completion of a Fitness Center Orientation.
Parents of children 12 years old or younger involved in a program must remain on the YMCA grounds at all times.
CREDIT/REFUND POLICY
Program fees will be refunded/credited in the event the YMCA cancels classes due to insufficient enrollment or illness through a doctor's note. Other reasons will be considered.

2. Credits/Refunds must be submitted no later than one month after the start of the class to be considered.
3. All requests for refunds/credits must be approved by the specific program director.
4. Credit/Refunds are not possible for deposits specific to programs such as Child Care and Day Camp.
