Kid Fit

Bring your kids, age 8 years to 12 years for a great workout.  They will be challenged and have a great time while working out.  This class incorporates every area of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibility and core training. 

 

Teen Yoga

T his is a mind-body Yoga class, designed specifically for teens!  Teens will learn the basic foundation of Yoga, concentrating on breathing, good posture, strengthening, and stretching, all while having fun!  The skills learned in the class can be carried over into every sport your active teen make take part in.

 

Karate 

Our Japanese Shotokan Karate emphasizes skills of self-control and discipline for all students. You’ll learn kicks, punches and blocking while increasing physical conditioning, strength, and flexibility. Develop mental focus and build confidence as you work out through this martial arts mind/body discipline. Advancement through all belts is available.   Instructor:  Michael Justiniano
