Job Title: Executive Director

Location: Roxborough   

Employment Status: Full Time

Range: $58,593 - 77,096

Position Purpose:

Provide leadership to the Roxborough YMCA  branch operations and ensure that programs and services meet community needs.  Develop and cultivate relationships with community leaders to develop and plan strategies for funding and delivering community responsive programs and services.  Develop and effective board volunteers and build effective leadership for the branch and mission.  Effectively utilize resources in program planning, fund raising and planning. Monitor trends and developments in legislation, funding, markets, demographics and community needs to ensure that branch continues to deliver cost effective programs. Build board and committees to bring staff and volunteers together to attain the mission.  Manage the financial position to ensure effective utilization of resources, financial development and other income to ensure prudent fiscal management.

Requirements: 

·         Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5-10 years of YMCA branch executive experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         YMCA of the USA Sr Director Designation, preferred.

·         Excellent communication skills
