JOB TITLE: Advanced Membership/Marketing Director

Range: $30,890 - 40,117
Position Purpose:
Make a difference and provide a positive experience at the Columbia North YMCA. The position of the Membership/Marketing Director provides leadership for the overall strategy and experience in membership and program services. Responsibilities include development and implementation of budgets, communication, and marketing initiatives; coordinate membership and retention campaign as well as special events. This position is responsible for the supervision of Membership, Aquatic, and Wellness coordinators and service areas. Provide an experience that will deliver quality YMCA programs and develop a staff culture that will build positive relationships with the community and members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication/marketing or related field, 3 – 5 years of YMCA experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- YMCA of the USA Director Designation, preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
