Kid Fit
Ages 8-12
This co-ed program is designed to introduce kids to a safe, fun workout environment that will lay the foundation for a healthy, active life. Reebok Step, resistance balls, body bars, and other fun fitness activities are implemented. These workouts will support your child’s interest with sports, dance, or just make exercise a part of his or her life.

Youth Pilates
Ages 8-12
This co-ed program introduces the youth to the principles and benefits of Pilates. This mat class is slower paced and consists of a gentle warm-up and progresses to a series of floor exercise. This class focuses on correct alignment, terminology and breathing techniques.

Fit For Teens
Ages 13-16
This is a co-ed Fitness program focusing on weight and cardiovascular training. Work in a group setting in Fitness Center. Class is limited to 6.

This is a barbell class where muscle and music collide. It’s low on complexity, but HIGH ON FUN! This athletic-based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights to work every major muscle group in the body.
