Personal Training
The Rocky Run YMCA Personal Training Program provides specialized, one-on-one training by certified instructors to meet the needs of our members. Your personal trainer will work with you to optimize your physical and mental well-being while teaching you techniques to help fit exercise into your busy schedule.

Basketball League
Wednesday nights, starting at 7pm. Running time is two 20-minute halves. There is a maximum of 8 players per team. Teams will not play at the same time each week. Referee fees are not included in cost, and must be paid by the team prior to tip-off each week. Now accepting non-member teams! Non-member teams must have at least one Rocky Run YMCA member on their team. Contact Dave Mullin for more information.
Massage
Table Massage - Expect a complete massage and concerted focus on problem area and/or deeper levels of relaxation or calm. With more relaxed pacing, we will dwell on muscles where our work feels best and/or is most needed.
Chair Massage - A great introduction to massage for the uninitiated or quick indulgence for those who recgonize the benefits of massage but don't have quite enough time for a full table work session. The client remains fully dressed and sits on a specially designed chair while the massage progresses. A quick 10-30 minute session can make a huge difference on a break from work or whenever!
