The West Philadelphia YMCA provides a safe and fun day

camping experience for all children. This summer we will

serve your child a well balanced diet of fun, education,

and adventure from a menu of varied activities, trips, and

events.

Great care has been taken to recruit staff with a love

for the positive growth and development of children

and youth, enthusiasm, and an undying commitment

to serve you and your child. All of our staff must have

clean bills of health, and be trained in first aid, CPR, child

abuse prevention, and water safety. In addition to these

trainings, our staff must possess favorable child abuse

clearances, criminal history checks, and negative drug

test results.
