Join us for a relaxing, recharging weekend of mind and body-focused classes!
We're hosting a Mind & Body weekend-long event that focuses on classes like yoga, meditation, stretching, Tai Chi, and more! We invite you to add one or more of these classes into your weekend plans to help you find mindfulness and relaxation while still working your muscles.

8:00 - 8:30 AM — Intro to Yoga
8:30 - 9:00 AM — Meditation / Breathwork
9:00 - 9:45 AM — Power Yoga
10:00 - 10:30 — Gentle / Chair Yoga
12:00 - 1:00 PM — Qijong
Sunday, February 12
9:00 - 10:00 AM — Stretch & Relax
10:00 - 11:00 — Partner Yoga
11:00 - 12:00 — Tai Chi
11:15 AM - 12:15 PM — BODYBALANCE
12:30 - 1:30 PM — Power Yoga
1:30 - 2:30 PM — Guide & Meditation
