Vaccine Clinic at Spring Valley YMCA

Stay healthy this fall and join us for a free vaccine clinic at the Y!

We're partnering with Collegeville Pharmacy to host a flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine clinic at the Spring Valley Y. Appointments are not required.

Please bring your insurance card (medicare and prescription card), photo ID, and vaccination card (for COVID-19 booster and/or vaccine).

Where:

This clinic will be held at the Spring Valley YMCA.

When:

Collegeville Pharmacy will be here to administer vaccines on Saturday, November 5, from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
