Healthy Living
Living well is the pinnacle of our mission, and our Ambler facility is full of tools to put you on your way. Our offerings include online and in-person group exercise classes so you can figure out what style of exercise you like and socialize while getting your workout in. The facility also has gymnasiums and open courts, and you're welcome to visit for a quick game with friends.
Of course, we have to mention our swimming availability, too! We have both indoor and outdoor pools for year-round water activities. Try lap swimming, family swimming or low-impact water walking to stay moving below the surface.
Youth Development
At the Y, we know the youth are our future, and we want them to be ready to conquer everything they encounter. Our children and teen programs range in theme from dancing and swimming to art and science, and every class is discounted when you're a YMCA member. As they age, teens will become eligible for college and career readiness courses that can help them decide the next steps in their lives.

Outdoor Pool
Our world-class outdoor pool center includes a family fun pool, splash pad, water slides, designated lounge spaces for pool members, and convenient locker rooms. There are a limited amount of tables, chairs, and shade umbrellas available, but members are permitted to bring their own.
