The Evolt 360 body scanner will make reaching your fitness goals even easier! This machine provides a comprehensive picture of your health, including, body fat percentage, metabolic age, fitness level, visceral fat and more - enabling you to set targeted fitness goals and track your progress.
Each Evolt scan takes 40 measurements in just 60 seconds. The Evolt body scanner works by passing a safe electrical current through the feet and hands to measure muscle mass, fat mass, water and mineral content in a way that is specific to the individual. This allows trainers to better design a health and wellness program tailored to each person.

Members actively enrolled in Personal Training or Small Group Training receive one complimentary scan each month! Other members can purchase the following scan packages.

- Four scans - $72 ($18/scan)
- Six scans - $96 ($16/scan)
- Eight scans - $112 ($14/scan)
Scans are valid one year from purchase date to give you flexibility while tracking your progress.

What is Evolt 360 and how does it work?
The Evolt 360 is a state-of-the-art body composition scanner that provides a comprehensive report on your body metrics, including over 40 different measurements. It helps track your fitness goals, offers personalized nutrition advice and suggests supplements based on your goals.
The Evolt 360 uses a non-invasive electrical current through your body to measure different tissue types. This provides accurate readings of body fat, muscle mass, water content and other vital metrics.
How do I sign up for an Evolt 360 scan?
After purchasing your preferred package, contact the designated Evolt team member at your desired location to schedule your scan.

What is the Evolt Active App?
The Evolt Active App is a companion app for the Evolt 360 scanner. It allows users to track body composition scans, receive individualized nutrition advice and monitor progress towards fitness goals. Download the app before you schedule your first appointment!
What are the best conditions for an accurate Evolt 360 scan?
Best Practices for Your EVOLT Scan. Please review these before you schedule your first scan.
- Scan at the Same Time: To avoid inconsistencies, try scheduling your scan at the same time of day each time.
- Avoid Post-Training Scans: Preferably, do not scan immediately after a workout.
- Consistent Hydration and Food Intake: Keep your hydration and food volume consistent prior to each scan. Best results are in a fasted state or no food 4 hour prior.
- No Alcohol 24 Hours Before: Avoid consuming alcohol within 24 hours before your scan.
- Limit Caffeine and Stimulants: It's best to avoid caffeine, pre-workouts, thermogenic (fat burners), or diuretics before scanning.
- Monitor Your Cycle: If you are female, take note of where you are in your hormonal cycle for consistency.
- Stay Hydrated: Ensure you are well-hydrated before the scan.
- Be Rested and Calm: If you've rushed to your scan, take a moment to allow your blood pressure to return to normal.
Is the Evolt 360 safe to use?
Yes, the Evolt 360 is safe and non-invasive. It uses a low-level electrical current, which involves a non-evasive electrical current that is painless and poses no health risks. Be advised that members who are pregnant, have cochlear implants or pacemakers are unable to use Evolt 360.
How often should I use the Evolt 360?
For consistent tracking and progress monitoring, it is recommended that you use the Evolt 360 every 4-8 weeks. This frequency allows for meaningful insights and adjustments to your fitness and nutrition plans.
