Take a look at our 2025 Active Older Adult events at the Y! We love getting together with our AOA community, celebrating the holidays, enjoying each other's company, and participating in tons of fun activities.

We're hosting a monthly info session to cover a variety of topics - including community resources that are available to our members. A representative from the Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services will facilitate sessions.

Learn a life-saving skill for free!We're hosting FREE CPR training classes in partnership with The Mobile CPR Project.

Give blood. Help save lives! We're partnering with American Red Cross to host blood drives at the Y. The blood donation process from the time you arrive until the time you leave takes about an hour. The donation itself is only about 8-10 minutes on average.

We love our Active Older Adult (AOA) members! We're adding social activities to the schedule for our AOA members to connect, learn, and sometimes even compete!Activities include card games, board games, crafts, movies, workshops, bingo, and more!

Spend Friday evenings with your friends at the Y!We're excited to share that we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 16+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!
