Free CPR Training at the Spring Valley Y

Learn a life-saving skill for free!

We're hosting CPR training classes in partnership with The Mobile CPR Project. The program will offer CPR education in a short, video-based, format that has been established by the American Heart Association. 

This class is open to members and non-members and registration is required.

When:

Classes are available from 6:00 - 7:00 PM on the third Tuesday of each month between January and May.
