The Y is proud to offer swim teams at branches across the Greater Philadelphia region. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment where each swimmer can learn and grow individually and as teammates. We strive to have each swimmer enjoy being a member of our team, achieve their individual competitive swim goals to the best of their abilities, and simply enjoy swimming!

Swim Team Evaluations
Each swim team across the Greater Philadelphia Y holds evaluations to determine if swimmers are ready to join the team and to place them in the appropriate level. Upcoming evaluation dates and info about the evaluation process are available below.
Registration is required and space is limited. Evaluations are free and membership is not required to register or attend the evaluation. However, if your swimmer is told by coaching staff they are ready to continue, the swimmer must become a full privilege member and will be charged the price of the clinic or team.
Boyertown YMCA
When: August 13 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM or by appointment with Coach Raynelle in 2nd half of August.
Ages: 5-18

Mount Laurel YMCA
When: June 24, July 8, July 15 from 11 AM - 12 PM | July 3, July 17 from 3 PM - 4 PM | July 1, July 15, July 22 from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Ages: 6-18

Phoenixville YMCA
When: August 10, August 12, August 13 from 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM (only need to attend one date).

Rocky Run YMCA
When: August 17 or August 21 at 6 PM
Ages: 5-12

Upper Perkiomen Valley YMCA
When: August 4-7 or August 17-21 from 5:00 PM -7:00 PM (only need to attend one date). Also by appointment with Coach Matt Jeffers.
Ages: 5-18

Willow Grove YMCA
When: September 15, 16, and 17: 10 and under from 5:00 PM - 5:45 PM | 11 and older from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (must attend all three dates).

Greater Philadelphia YMCA
When: August 11 from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM at Columbia North YMCA, August 12 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at West Philadelphia YMCA, August 13 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Christian Street YMCA (only need to attend one date).
Ages: 5-18
