We offer a wide variety of small group trainings at the Y where you can learn new exercise techniques with hands-on instructors who are certified trainers. Use the filters below to find the schedule for your branch.

Members can register for 7-week session packages. All classes on the schedule below are available at an additional cost. To register:

  1. Login to our member portal
  2. Select "Programs" at the top of the page
  3. Select "Register for Programs"
  4. Select your branch location
  5. Click the filter on the left side for "Small Group Training'
  6. Find the right class for you and register!
