Join us in congratulating our Masters Swim Team for an amazing performance at the Spring US Masters Nationals!
Spring Valley YMCA had 5 swimmers representing our YMCA at the 2022 US Masters Swimming Spring Nationals Championship. In total, 1,816 swimmers attended representing 247 local clubs. Our swimmers competed in 26 individual events and 2 relays, and are bringing home 1 Gold, 7 Silver, and 6 Bronze medals!
Congratulations to Greg Rees for his National Championship win in the Men’s 50-54 yr old 100-yard Backstroke Event!
Congratulations to our 200 Medley Relay team for placing 2nd by +1.27 seconds and our 200 Free Relay team for placing 2nd by +0.56 seconds!
As a team, Spring Valley finished 23rd of 247 local clubs collecting one of the best finishes by such a small team!
