As the spotlight fell on the gymnastics arena at the 2023 Liberty Cup, the Willow Grove YMCA Twisters gymnastics teams took center stage, delivering performances that left spectators captivated and inspired on December 1st to 3rd at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center.

The Willow Grove YMCA Twisters girls and boys gymnastics teams demonstrated their exceptional skills and dedication in their recent competitions, leaving their mark with impressive performances.

The Willow Grove YMCA Twisters girls gymnastics team kicked off their 2023 season in impressive fashion at the Eastern Pennsylvania YMCA Girls Gymnastics League (EPYGGL) competition held right at their home turf on November 4th and 5th.

The Y is more than a gym. It's a community center! We love our members and their wide variety of interests and hobbies! That's why we host clubs for our members to enjoy. These clubs are FREE and open to members of all ages. Registration is not required.  

Improve your little ones' gymnastics skills with instructional videos! Gymnastics is a skills-based sport where the fundamentals are absolutely essential in order to progress to each new level.

We invite knitting enthusiasts to join our weekly group meetings! Knitting Club is back at the Y! We're hosting club meetings each week for our members to socialize and create works of cozy art! Supplies are not provided. Registration is not required.

Congratulations to our Haverford Y gymnasts for an amazing performance at the National Championships! The Haverford YMCA Gymnastics Team traveled to Cincinatti, OH with six gymnasts to compete in the 2023 YMCA National Gymnastics Championships and Invitational from June 23 - 25.

Congratulations to our Phoenixville YMCA Gymnastics Team for an amazing performance at Nationals! Twenty-nine Phoenixville gymnasts traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio to compete at the 2024 YMCA National Gymnastics Championships and Invitational June 23rd - 25th.
