Spend Friday evenings with your friends at the Y! We're excited to share that we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 16+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!

Kick off the summer season with an unforgettable night of music, movement, and summer fun at our Summer Vibes Dance Party! Join us for an exciting evening featuring a family-friendly dance party followed by an adult only Zumba and Dance Fitness party.

Help us support the American Red Cross and their efforts to help patients of all ages who need blood. Blood drives benefit patients who need surgery, victims of car accidents, patients fighting cancers, and other emergencies.
