During your consultation you can expect to:
- Meet 1-on-1 with one of our coaches to discuss your health and fitness goals
- Based on your goals, receive instruction on how to use equipment that will help you exercise efficiently and safely
- Learn about the personal training, small group training, group exercise, and virtual training options available at the Y
