Get ready for travel teams and tournaments during our upcoming Speed & Agility Clinic! We will work on different drills and exercises to help improve athlete's speed, coordination, explosiveness, agility, and coordination.
This event is open to members and non-members ages 10 - 16. The cost for the clinic is $30 per attendee.
Where:
This clinic is held on the soccer field at the Willow Grove YMCA. In the case of inclement weather, we will move to the gymnasium.
