Explore mind-body wellness during this immersive wellness retreat at the Y! Our Wellness Retreat will provide a structured, supportive space where you can step away from everyday demands and distractions. Attend seminars, try group exercise and meditation classes, and connect with other participants. This retreat offers a way to rest and recharge to start the year off right!
This retreat is open to members and non-members ages 21+ and registration is required.
Proceeds benefit our Financial Assistance Program, which aims to connect members of the community to a healthy lifestyle and impactful experiences that support positive growth.

- 1:15 - 1:45 PM | Slow Flow Vinyasa
- 2:00 - 2:30 PM | Meditation
- 2:00 - 2:30 PM | Reiki
- 2:30 - 3:30 PM | Lunch and Mental Health/Vision Activity
- 3:30 - 3:45 PM | Post Lunch Digestion Restore
- 3:45 - 4:15 PM | Les Mills BODYBALANCE
Full-day participants only:
- 3:45 - 4:15 PM | Pilates
- 4:15 - 5:00 PM | Healthy Happy Hour
- 5:15 - 6:15 PM | Yin Yoga
- 6:15 - 7:00 PM | Connection & Journaling
- 7:00 - 8:00 PM | Nidra Yoga & Soundbath

This retreat will take place throughout the Willow Grove YMCA.
Cost:
Half-Day Retreat tickets include lunch and all activities from 12:00 - 4:15 PM. Early bird pricing available until January 1, 2026.

Full-Day Retreat tickets include all activities lunch, healthy happy hour, and an upscale gift bag.
