Sometimes the smallest practices create the biggest shifts. Join us for a peaceful afternoon designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. This retreat includes a series of classes covering meditation, breathwork, guided yoga sequences, creative reflection, and connection.
Members of all fitness and experience levels are welcome. Registration is not required. This is a free event.
