Be a hero! Donate blood to American Red Cross! We're hosting a Blood Drive in partnership with American Red Cross (ARC). There’s no substitute for blood. When a patient receives blood, it was given in advance by a generous donor. 

We're partnering with GIANT Pharmacy to host a vaccine clinic at the Y. Clinics are open to the community. Attendees must bring their Medicare, medical, and pharmacy insurance cards.

Learn about local resources for health and wellness at our Health & Wellness Fair. The fair is open to the community and registration is not required.

Have an evening to yourself and bring your kids to the Y for a fun Kid's Night Out! As a parent, you deal with a lot of stress! And we want to give you and your family a night to relax and have fun!

Healthy Kids Day is an annual celebration hosted by YMCAs across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families. We'll offer a variety of activities and resources to promote play, nutritional eating, and inspire a lifetime of physical activity and healthy living.

Get your paddles ready for a great day of competition! We're excited to host a Ping Pong Tournament at the Y! No partner required! This tournament is open to members and non-members ages 13 and older. Registration is required.

Get ready to move and groove! Family Zumba is now on the group exercise schedule every month! This class is FREE and open to members ages 4 and up. Kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
