Show off your hard work in the gym during our upcoming bench press competition! Participants will compete in weight-class divisions, with men and women judged separately. Lifters will have three attempts to successfully complete a lift, and the highest successful weight wins their division.

Looking for a high intensity, low impact workout in the water!? Get ready for a special outdoor workout at the Y! Join us at Baker Park for an Aqua HIIT class that will get your heart pumping while staying cool. No pool membership is required!
