Have an evening to yourself and bring your kids to the Y for a fun Kid's Night Out! As a parent, you deal with a lot of stress and we want to give you and your family a night to relax and have fun! 

We believe every child should have the opportunity to lead a healthy life! That's why we're hosting Healthy Kids Day! This event aims to share resources with our community that promote youth development and healthy living.

Show off your hard work in the gym during our upcoming strength competition: Triple Lift Throwdown! Participants will compete in three categories: back squat, bench, and deadlift. The total weight of all three lifts will be totaled to crown the winner!

We're excited to share that we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 15+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!Registration is required.Events:
