Fall Equinox Qigong at the Northeast Family YMCA

We're celebrating the fall season with a special outdoor exercise event! We'll move through a Qigong practice. This event is open to members and non-members. Attendees should wear comfortable layers according to weather.

AOA Ice Cream Social at the Northeast Family YMCA

Active Older Adult members, let's celebrate the end of the summer with an Ice Cream Social! Spend the afternoon with your fellow Y members as we serve up sweet treats! Ice cream and toppings are provided.This event is free and open to AOA members only. Registration is not required.
