Rocky Run Brew Ha-Ha is Back: Bigger Brews, Better Vibes & More Fun! This year, we’re giving Brew Ha-Ha a fresh new twist.

We're celebrating the fall season with a special outdoor exercise event! We'll move through a Qigong practice. This event is open to members and non-members. Attendees should wear comfortable layers according to weather.

Members, join us for an informative presentation about heart health and seniors facilitated by Dr. Walker from Deborah Heart and Lung Center. The presentation is followed by an opportunity for questions.This event is free to attend. Registration is required. Lunch is provided.

We're inviting our Active Older Adult members to join us for a celebration of our recent birthdays (from May to August)! We're having an evening of fun and festivities to celebrate - including dinner, dancing, and gifts! Please dress in all white for an elegant evening ahead.
