Healthy Kids Day is an annual celebration hosted by YMCAs across the country to help inspire healthy habits in kids and families. We'll offer a variety of activities and resources to promote play, nutritional eating, and inspire a lifetime of physical activity and healthy living.
Get ready for games, healthy snacks, community resources, local partners, giveaways, inflatables, a DJ, sports, gaming truck, face painting, and MORE! T-shirts are available while supplies last.
This event is FREE and open to the community. Registration is required.
