Let's take our workout outdoors this summer! We're hosting a free Pop-Up Group Hike at Wissahickon Orange and White Trail and Forbidden Drive Loop (3.9 miles) in Wissahickon Valley Park. Hiking combines the benefits of exercise and outdoor time, which can lead to improved physical and mental health.
Please bring water, hiking boots or sturdy footwear, and sunscreen. Snacks, sunglasses, and hats are optional.
This hike is open to members and non-members. Registration is not required. Anyone under 18 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Where:
This hike will take us through Wissahickon Valley Park. We will meet at the Forbidden Drive Loop parking lot.
When:
The hike begins at 10:15 AM on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
You can meet us at the trailhead or at the Columbia North Y. We will leave the Y promptly at 9:30 AM to reach the trailhead by 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee transportation for all participants.
