We're excited to share that we're bringing back one of the Y's favorite events - Fridays with Friends. This is an opportunity for our special needs community (ages 15+) to socialize, meet new friends, and try new activities!

Have a ho ho whole lot of fun at Fridays with Friends Event in December at Ambler YMCA! Celebrate the holidays with us with singing songs, socializing, and the making of your own seasonal sensory bottle.
Game On! Come and join in on the fun at Friday Night with Friends with playing favorite board and card games. Games will include but are not limited to: Uno, Chess, Checkers, Candyland, and more! This will definitely be an event you want to check (mate) out!
All you need is love.. and cookies! Join us for our February Friday Night with Friends event where we will be making special cookies to share with friends, family, and those we love. It will be a tasty treat that will make your heart skip a beat!
It's moving and grooving time! We will be guided through an exercise program created and directed by the Ambler Y's very own Jenna. Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

Lights. Camera. Action! Join us for a fun movie night that will include popcorn, candy, and more! Participants are encouraged to wear their favorite pajamas as we watch a movie in our very own "theater"!
