
May 28 is National Senior Health and Fitness Day, and we're partnering with Tivity Health for an interactive workshop to learn about improving your balance and preventing falls. This workshop will cover building balance, improving strength, and increasing flexibility.
Registration is required. This event is open to members and non-members.

This event will be held in the Members' Lounge and in Studios A, B, and C of the Willow Grove YMCA.
