We know summer schedules can be busy. That's why we will be streaming virtual workouts from YMCA360 in our Group Ex Studio so you can enjoy the structure of a class, the motivation of a scheduled workout, and stay on track with your fitness routine all summer long.

This series is streamed from YMCA360 in our Group Exercise Studio. Classes are available on the below schedule to Y members.

Summer Series Schedule:

Sundays

  • Gentle Yoga at 10:45 AM

Mondays

  • Stretch & Balance at 8:15 AM

Tuesdays

  • Total Body Conditioning at 8:00 AM
  • Gentle Yoga at 11:15 AM
  • Chair Yoga at 1:00 PM

Wednesdays

  • Vinyasa Yoga at 8:00 AM
  • Silver Strength at 1:00 PM

Thursdays

  • Dance Fitness at 8:00 AM
  • Bootcamp at 6:45 PM

Fridays

  • Chair Yoga at 1:00 PM

Saturdays

  • Yoga/Pilates at 8:00 AM

Where:

Classes are streamed in the Group Ex Studio at the Pottstown YMCA.
