Have you heard about our wellness program designed to support our local veterans and their families? This program is open to honorably discharged veterans, active military, active or honorably discharged reservist or national guard, along with their spouses or partners of all ages and abilities.

The Y and the LIVESTRONG Foundation have joined together to create LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a research-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health.
