We're welcoming Jefferson Health to host FREE health screenings at four of our YMCA locations. Screenings are free to Y members and registration is not required.

We are welcoming three brand new instructors to our team! What a better way to meet them then to try out their classes?!Members who take three classes from each of our new instructors during the month of November will earn a prize!

Pickleball is great for health, fitness, competition, and finding community! Whether you are looking to learn the game, or compete against other players, we have something for every pickleballer this season!

We're offering a Parkinson's focused program at the Y! This program includes educational fitness classes that focus on strength training, cardio, balance and improving activities of daily living with individuals with Parkinson's. Class exercises vary by week. All activity levels are welcome.
