Have you heard about our wellness program designed to support our local veterans and their families? This program provides a free membership to the Y and programming tailored to veterans and and a designated support person of all ages and abilities.

As students prepare to head back to school, many families face challenges that go beyond school supplies. Everyday personal care items are essential for helping children feel confident, comfortable, and ready to learn.

This September, challenge yourself to build a healthy habit. It's not about being perfect—it's about being consistent. This is a challenge against yourself, not against other members. Simply commit to showing up and celebrate your progress along the way!

The Y and the LIVESTRONG Foundation have joined together to create LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a research-based physical activity and well-being program designed to help adult cancer survivors reclaim their total health.
