We're inviting our Active Older Adult community for weekly line dancing at the Y! Whether you're new to this activity or a seasoned dancer, this is a great opportunity to join a fun group! 

We invite our Active Older Adult community to play Fitness Bingo with us at the Y! Hosted by Jefferson Health, we'll combine friendly competition with health tips, fitness exercises, prizes, and more!Registration is not required. These events are free and open to members only.

Did you know we have family-friendly Group Exercise classes at the Y? Mark your calendar and join us for a great group exercise classes the whole family can enjoy together! Classes are free with membership and registration is not required.

We're launching a new wellness program to support our local veterans and their families. This program is geared toward veterans and spouses or partners of all ages and abilities who are looking to get back to a healthier lifestyle. 

The Greater Philadelphia Y is excited to launch a new member app called YMCA360! As part of this transition, virtual classes and on-demand content will move into the YMCA360 platform.

Take your routine up a notch by adding Small Group or Personal Training!Join a Small Group training class, work 1-on-1 with a personal trainer, or pick a friend and try partner training! There are options for everyone!
