Community and bringing people together is what we are all about at the Y! We can’t wait for you and your family to find a new avenue for connecting to healthier and more fulfilling lives.
We offer programming for all ages and interests with the common goal of staying active, challenging ourselves, and making social connections.
AOA Clubs & Activities
At the Y, we believe staying active is an excellent way to connect to a healthier and longer life!
For many seniors in our neighborhoods, the Y is a place to spend time with friends new and old while engaging in physical activity, social game days, and various support groups.
We have a variety of groups and activities for our Active Older Adult (AOA) members to enjoy! The following clubs and activities are free to all those who have senior memberships through the Y. Many seniors have access to free memberships through insurance partnerships.

Special Abilities Clubs & Activities
The Y is a place where everyone can get involved!
As part of our mission, we take pride in offering opportunities for children and young adults with special needs to stay active, be part of teams, challenge themselves, and make new friends. Most of all we provide the chance for those with diverse abilities to gain more independence.
Find out below how we can be a place for your child to have fun while meeting new people.
The Shooting Stars program is focused on ensuring children with special needs can be included in organized sports. Volunteer coaches work with your child to develop their athletic skills, learn to work as a team, and socialize with others.
This free program is available for participants from Kindergarten through age 21. The program is hosted during the school year from September to May and is held in the gymnasium. Practice and meet times vary by season.
