A high-intensity interval training class, which may include the Tabata format. Exercises are performed back-to-back in a fast-paced environment with constantly varied movements—now with the added energy of a glow party! Get your heart pumping under black lights with glowing accessories and an electrifying atmosphere that takes your workout to the next level.

This class fuses traditional yoga sequences with resistance training to help you build lean muscle and elevate your practice. Using light hand weights (optional) and bodyweight exercises, you will flow through sequences designed to build heat, activate major muscle groups, and challenge your balance. This class is a mix of mindful movement and metabolic fire, ending with a deep stretch and savasana. Leave feeling strong, energized, and accomplished.

Ideal for anyone and everyone, LES MILLS BODYBALANCE® is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
