Technique is fundamental to building a fitness routine and achieving your fitness goals! That's why we're hosting monthly lifting seminars. We'll help interested members learn how to properly perform certain exercises so they can build confidence and increase strength.

Seminars include four 30-minute coaching sessions with a USAW-certified coach and personalized workout plans for non-coached training days.

These informational sessions are open to members only. Registration is required. Members can register for one month or commit to multiple months. Spots are limited to ensure quality coaching and individual attention.

Seminar schedule:

  • February: Back, front, and overhead squats
  • March: Deadlifts
  • April: Cleans
  • May: Presses

Where:

Seminars are held in the Fitness Center at the Ambler YMCA.
