Experience deep relaxation through restorative yoga and live sound healing. Settle into supported poses as the soothing tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and ocean drum ease tension and quiet the mind. This event is led by Y instructor, Annette.
Members and non-members are welcome to participate. Registration is required. There is a maximum of 25 spaces available. The cost to participate is a $25 donation. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket.
Proceeds from this event support our Financial Assistance Program which uplifts members of our community by connecting them with impactful programming like swim lessons, camps, and child care.
