Facility Rentals at the Y

Rentals through the Boyertown Y are exclusive available for the turf area at the Gilbertsville Center. The address for the center is below:

Turf Rental

• Base Rate: $100/hour
• Non-Profit Rate: $95/hour
• Long-Term Rate: $80/hour

To qualify for the long-term rate sports teams and private groups must rental the space for more than 10 hours. Rentals start at 6:00 PM on weekdays and anytime weekends. All organizations who wish to rent the turf space must have liability insurance on file with the YMCA.

Party Info

Parties include tablecloth, utensils, plates, and napkins in a color of your choice. Each party is two hours long (unless an add on is purchased). The two hours feature one hour of reserved play space (basketball court, playground, or outdoor field), and one hour of private party room space (indoor or outdoor). 

As part of the party, we also include two party hosts.

Party Info

During the first hour your guests will get to participate in the birthday activity of your choice. After, we will move into the Multipurpose Room for food and presents for the second hour.

You may bring decorations, and we will supply single color utensils, napkins, plates, and tablecloths. The Multipurpose Room will be open 30 minutes prior to your scheduled party for decorating.

There will be no pool parties available.

Party Info

One hour of swimming followed with one hour in the party room for food, games, and presents. Birthday party child must be 7+. All other children can be any age. They must test for an orange swim band. If they are 7+ and receive an orange band they may swim themselves. If they are 6 and under or do not pass the orange band test, then a parent/guardian must be in the pool with that child.

Pool parties can accommodate a maximum of 20 kids. This party option is only available on Fridays.

Sports or Gymnastics Party

Family Room parties include access to the Family Room or one studio for 3 hours. Renters may arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled event to decorate. Tables and chairs are provided. Renters should bring their own food, decorations, plates, napkins, and tablecloths.
