You asked. We listened! Open Gymnastics is now on the schedule! We know our Y community loves gymnastics, so we added Open Gymnastics time to our offerings for members.
This time will not include guided instruction. Parents must be with their children at all times. There is a maximum of 12 kids in the room at any time. Registration is not required.

Open Gymnastics time will be held in the Gymnastics Room at the Spring Valley YMCA.
Special Needs Open Gymnastics
Ages:
This option is available for kids ages 1 to 10.
When:
Open Gymnastics is available on Wednesdays from 4:15 - 5:15 PM.
Youth Open Gymnastics
Ages:
This option is available for kids ages 1 to 5.
When:
Open Gymnastics is available from 11 AM - 12 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
