We're celebrating the fall season with a special yoga event! We will connect with nature as we move our practice to our outdoor pavilion. Our instructors will lead you through a light meditation, breathwork, and mindful movement as we ground ourselves during the changing seasons.
This event is open to members and non-members. The cost of entry is a suggested $10 donation to our Financial Assistance Program.
