Community and bringing people together is what we are all about at the Y! We can’t wait for you and your family to find a new avenue for connecting to healthier and more fulfilling lives.

We offer programming for all ages and interests with the common goal of staying active, challenging ourselves, and making social connections.

AOA Clubs & Activities

At the Y, we believe staying active is an excellent way to connect to a healthier and longer life!

For many seniors in our neighborhoods, the Y is a place to spend time with friends new and old while engaging in physical activity, social game days, and various support groups.

We have a variety of activities for our Active Older Adult (AOA) members to enjoy! The following clubs and activities are free to all those who have senior memberships through the Y. Many seniors have access to free memberships through insurance partnerships.

Check the dropdowns below for more information on getting involved.

We love getting together with our AOA community, celebrating the holidays, enjoying each other's company, and participating in tons of fun activities.

Events are open to AOA members only. Registration requirements and participation costs vary by event.

Teen Leadership Programs

The Y offers many programs for teens where they can experience a variety of career, college, and civic engagement pathways.

We develop and manage social responsibility programs across the region that enhance the life and well-being of teens by providing high-quality, impact-focused programs that expose them to new opportunities, new perspectives, and new skill development offerings to help prepare them for their future.

Imagine students confidently debating policies impacting their neighborhoods, crafting legislation for social change, and running for mock office. This is the experience and real-world impact students have participating in the YMCA’s Youth Civic Engagement program.

The Youth and Government (YAG) program is open to students in grades 6-12, with weekly meetings focused on creating positive change in communities, bill writing, and debate.

Meeting Time:

Bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (In January meetings become weekly until the end of the program)
