
Celebrate Juneteenth with our community! Join us at the Y as we host local Black-owned businesses, community organizations, and vendors to celebrate Juneteenth in our neighborhood. Enjoy music, entertainment, food, crafts and more!
This free event is open to community members of all ages. Registration is not required.

The story of Juneteenth told with cultural and historical integrity, which takes a journey from Mother Africa, through the ending of enslavement, and on to the victory and celebration of Juneteenth becoming a national holiday.
Performances are held at 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM.
Art is Powerful
Sponsored by Power of Paint, Art is Powerful includes various art activities and games for children.
Book Nook
Book Nook includes Traveling Treehouse (free book van), Read by 4th (free books), and visits by Authors Courtney Dunlap and Stacey Woodson (books for sale). This is sponsored by NOWAC.
