Are your kids interested in triathlons? We're hosting a USA Kid's Triathlon Clinic at the Y to give participants a demo of what they can expect during our Late Spring Intro to Triathlon program (more details coming soon)!
This clinic will work on all skills used in a Triathlon race, such as general conditioning, and transition skills between swim, bike, and run. All participants must proficiently swim at the green band level and be able to ride and safely control a two-wheel bicycle. For this clinic, kids will need a swimsuit and sneakers.
